Coqui is priced per QR room—not per guest, message, event, promotion, or survey. Start with one room and expand when the venue is ready.
One recurring subscription unit for each approved physical QR room. Cancel anytime.
Rooms can represent separate areas at one property or spaces across multiple approved locations. New QR-space requests are reviewed before billing changes.
Venue owners manage payment methods, supported subscription controls, and invoices through Stripe’s hosted customer portal. Coqui does not store full card or bank credentials.

Applying and verifying the business happens before payment details or precise QR placement are required.
Tell us who operates the venue and how many rooms you expect.
Confirm the work email address used for the venue account.
Create the owner password, complete billing, and request the first QR room.
Print the approved QR sign and manage the room from the venue portal.
PRICING FAQ
No. Business verification and account setup come first. Stripe billing is completed before paid QR rooms are activated.
No separate fee is planned for those venue tools. They are part of the QR-room subscription.
The request appears for operational review. Once approved and activated, the additional room increases the monthly amount by $30.
The plan is cancel-anytime. Production subscription cancellation and payment-state enforcement will be managed through Stripe once the public billing lifecycle is fully launched.
