Funktastic Labs LLC operates Coqui and is working toward an inclusive experience for people with disabilities across our public website, mobile application, Venue Owner Portal, and support materials. Accessibility is part of our ongoing product and quality work.
What we are working to support
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and browser zoom.
- Clear headings, labels, instructions, and validation messages.
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images.
- Compatibility with common screen readers and assistive technology.
- Mobile layouts that remain usable at different screen sizes.
Third-party services
Some Coqui workflows use third-party services, including Stripe-hosted billing. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices. If a third-party step creates a barrier, please tell us so we can help identify another reasonable way to complete the task when available.

If you have difficulty using Coqui, include the page or feature, the device and browser you used, and a short description of the problem. We will review the issue and respond as reasonably possible.
